8 bi-weekly sessions over 16 weeks unearthing the stories that have shaped you, creating a foundation of self-compassion that becomes unshakeable.
Each 60-minute online session includes:
Personalised 1-1 coaching using my BLOOM coaching methodology combining evidence based therapeutic strategies & somatic approaches
Gentle nervous system regulation practices
Practical tools and resources and companion workbook
Unshame (Sessions 1-3)
Release the burden of past stories that no longer serve you.
We'll gently examine the beliefs holding you back, whilst cultivating radical self-compassion as your foundation for growth.
